2. Logistics Partners

We utilize specialized freight carriers capable of handling long-length extrusions (up to 6 meters) to ensure that materials reach your site without warping or surface damage.

3. Lead Times

Our typical manufacturing and shipping timelines are:

• Standard Profiles: 7-10 business days.
• Custom RAL Colors: 15-20 business days.
• Bulk Architectural Contracts: As per project schedule.

Shipping times vary by location. Deliveries within Maharashtra typically take 2-4 business days post-manufacturing.

4. Site Unloading

Unless explicitly mentioned in the contract, the client is responsible for providing adequate labor and machinery (e.g., cranes for higher floor deliveries) for unloading materials at the project site.

5. Inspection and Damaged Goods

Upon arrival, a representative of the client must inspect the shipment for any visible damage or missing components. Any discrepancies must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and reported to our support team within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on material weight, extrusion length, and site distance. These costs will be clearly itemized in your proforma invoice or project contract.
