Refund & Cancellation

1. Project-Based Services

AVANTRA INFRAPROJECT PVT LTD specializes in custom-engineered uPVC facade systems. Due to the highly customized nature of architectural manufacturing (custom lengths, specific RAL colors, and project-specific structural designs), our refund and cancellation policies are governed by individual project contracts.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of project approval or before the material extrusion process has commenced, whichever is earlier. A cancellation fee may apply to cover structural engineering and drafting costs incurred.

After Production Starts

Once materials have entered the extrusion or cutting phase, cancellations are not permitted as the materials are custom-made to site-specific dimensions.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the following circumstances:

• Material defects that exceed industry-standard tolerances (verified by our technical team).
• Failure to deliver materials within the contracted timeline (subject to force majeure clauses).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10-15 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Design consultancy fees, structural calculation reports, and on-site mock-up costs are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the formal Purchase Agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with your project.
